A note from the director;

When I decided to start Highlander Industrial Maintenance back in 2013 I had been working on the ground in the industrial maintenance trades in many different sectors including manufacturing, mining and production and after moving into management, planning and coordination roles quickly found the cost to value of the contracting service market was not to expectation.

I started out with nothing but the shirt on my back and the drive to bring a better service to my clients that reflects more value for the client's money than what I found I was placing purchase orders for. The service I was receiving and what I was expecting were really two different things. I knew I could do better and that the quality of the service and the end result at a viable rate is more important than just getting the job done.

My service that not only provides the man-power to perform but the experience and skill along with the back up with resources, supply and efficient application of tooling to get in, get the job done and leave like we were never there, except for your equipment ready to go and producing with minimal interruption to your operations and work load.

We think out side the box when we approach jobs. Yes, the part may need replacing but that doesn't mean you always have to not produce until the part is replaced. We are not providing a part fitter service, if there is a way to keep your plant running until the part can be replaced. We will find the solution and make sure the solution is safe, not just for your people but for your plant too to keep you operating.
